Rib Rangers Products of Texas, Inc. was founded by Bill & Barbara Milroy of Denton, Texas as a way to promote their
barbecue products. Bill Milroy has been competing in Barbecue cook-offs since 1977. Bill, along with his wife
Barbara traveled the United States participating in barbecue competitions, accumulating over 500 awards for his
barbecue, sauces and rubs before founding Rib Rangers Products of Texas, Inc.
Since creating Rib Rangers Products of Texas, Inc. in 1993, The Company, competing as Texas Rib Rangers, has won
over 500 major awards & competitions. Some of the competitions, which the Company won include the Jack Daniels
World BBQ Championship, Food Distribution Magazine BBQ Championship, American Royal International BBQ
Championship, National BBQ Association Awards of Excellence and the Chile Pepper Magazine Fiery Food Challenge.
Most recently, they were awarded "The Best on
the Planet" for their barbacue baste and their barbecue rub. Texas Rib
Rangers has won this award 4 times in five years, winning the award twice
each for their barbecue baste and barbecue rub.
In addition to competing nationwide in various competitions, the Company operates concession
stands at the Texas Motor Speedway, in Fort Worth, Texas. The Company's products are used at the Charlotte
Motor Speedway, in North Carolina; the American Airlines Center, in Dallas, Texas; The Gaylord Texan Hotel, in
Grapevine, Texas and various other restaurants and catering companies across the country.
